The apartment is located in the beautiful Perla Resort, a gated residence with 24/7 surveillance and maintenance. It has a pool that can be used by our guests as well with an extra daily fee. The area around is quiet and offers a lot of services to make your holidays as best possible. There is a supermarket in the center of the complex called OK-Market. In front of the residences, there are green areas and a promenade to enjoy the evening walks. Along the promenade, there are different bars, restaurants, massage tents, playground for children, rental bicycles, etc.. The resort has sportive fields that may be used with prior reservation and an hourly fee.
This accommodation is positioned on the first floor of the building. The balcony creates a great atmosphere for late evenings and early mornings. It is nicely furnished and it has everything needed for a comfortable holiday.
The apartment is offered to guests use only. Our primary focus is to make them feel comfortable and relaxed in the cozy space.

Location
Lalzit Bay is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Albania. It is known for its sandy, child-friendly beach, good restaurants (1 minutes walk) and bars. There is plenty to do on the beach including scuba diving, jet-skiing, water-skiing and a children’s playground. For self-catering there are supermarkets close by (5 minute drive).
Away from the coast, there are many charming hill towns, including Kruje (1 hour) which is home to 5th-century Kruje Castle, as well as Kruje Bazaar which dates back to the 17th century. Here you can find authentic Albanian carpets, textiles and ceramics. There are also hiking routes in the surrounding mountains which range from the easy to the challenging. Adults will also enjoy a tour of Duka Winery and Vineyard (15-minute drive) which includes wine tasting and a fine lunch.
Tirana is a 45-minute drive and makes a great day trip. It is an eclectic mix of Ottoman, Soviet and Fascist architecture. The city is easy to explore on foot. Blloku is an exciting, young area, full of cafés and interesting boutiques. The main square – Skanderbeg Square is a must-see. The city’s markets offer a window onto everyday life. The New Market, Pazari Ri offers a wide range of local produce.
Tirana International Airport is just a 40-minute drive from the apartment.
